The University's food service contracts with vendors provide clear terms to protect the community against poor service or hygiene.
All members of the AUC community should report any incident at food outlets on campus to the food services office via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Whether the outlet wasn't operating as per the official schedule, or the food handlers were not following appropriate hygiene standards, your feedback will help the food services office to take immediate actions.
All incident reports will be investigated by the office in accordance with the service penalties stipulated in the food services contracts. This may include issuing a warning or a violation notice to the vendor, closure of the outlet, penalty fines and/or contract termination.
